Most of the people don’t know that Drumsticks help in improving the immunity power. We think, that it should be there in our recipe book for sure.
PREP: 15 MINS COOK: 20 MINS TOTAL: 35 MINS

 INGREDIENTS:
2 drumsticks
500 gms of prawns
2 onions
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
4 green chilis
1 spoon red chili powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon cumin powder
1/4 spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon garam masala
2 tomatoes
Salt
Oil
1 coriander leaf

DIRECTIONS:

Firstly heat 3 spoons oil in a pan & add the chopped onions and green chilies and fry.

Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry till oil separates.

Please add all the powders/spices and stir well.

Add chopped tomatoes and stir drumstick pieces (you can fry the pieces beforehand to make sure that the pieces cook swiftly) and cook further for another 10 minutes.

Now, add the prawns and stir well. Let it cook for 15 minutes and salt and add 1 cup of water.

Cook the pan with lid and cook for 5 more minutes until you get a thick gravy.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or rotis.
