INGREDIENTS:

400 gms prawns
2 – 3 onions Sliced
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 Curry leaves
For Marination
1 spoon garam masala powder
1/2 spoon chili powder
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Firstly, marinate the prawns with chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Add the curry leaves and sliced onions.

Once the onions start to become brown, add the garam masala and chili powder.

Stir for a 2 minutes.

Now add the prawns and cook on high heat and stir continuously.

Once the prawns curl up, lower the heat and cook for a few more minutes.

Please switch off the flame, once the masala coats the prawns well.

Serve hot with rice/rotis.
