1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Oat flour
2 spoons Baking powder
1/2 spoon Salt
1/2 spoon Cinnamon Powder
1/4 spoon Dry ginger powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/3 cup Milk
1 spoon Vanilla Extract
Chocolate ganache

Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease the muffins pans with butter.

In a bowl combine add flour, oatmeal flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger powder and mix them completely. Keep this aside.

In another bowl, add in the oil, sugar and eggs and whisk it. Now add in the pumpkin puree, milk and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and beat until well combined. Gradually add in the flour mixture to the wet mixture and combine until all the flour is well mixed.

Now pour the batter into the muffin pans half filled.

Bake it for 14 minutes.

Now remove the muffins from the oven and allow it to cool completely and serve.
