One can do wonders with bread. You just need the right inspiration and a bit of dedication to bring the best out of the bread.

PREP: 100 MINS COOK: 20 MINS TOTAL: 120 MINS

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
4 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Corn flour
Salt , to taste
For Topping
4-5 cloves Garlic , freshly crushed
1 tablespoon Mixed herbs ,  (oregano, rosemary, parsley)

DIRECTIONS:

To prepare 3 Herbed Focaccia Bread Recipe (Eggless), take luke warm milk, add sugar and yeast, mix it with the help of spoon and keep it at the side for 10 minutes till it froths.

Meanwhile take all-purpose flour in a large vessel and add salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Now make a well in between of the flour and pour the mixture of milk with yeast and sugar.

Knead the dough with hands (if the dough needs extra water u can add it.) Make a soft dough.

Now sprinkle corn flour on flat surface and make the dough soft by kneading with hands for about 10 minutes.

Take a flat baking greased tray and put the dough in between. Make the dough even on all sides by tapping with your hands. We took 4 *4 inches baking tray.

Now cover it with a cloth and place it on a warm place till the dough rises. We placed the dough in the oven.

Till the dough rises prepare the topping. Take 2 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan add freshly grated garlic and oregano, parsley and rosemary. Stir it for a while and remove from gas.

After 2 hours u can see the dough has risen so well.

Preheat Oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Now with your pointing finger, make holes in the 3 Herbed Focaccia Bread dough randomly or at even distances.

Brush the olive oil mixture on it.

Bake the herbed focaccia dough for 20 to 25 minutes or till u see a nice brown colour on the top.

Serve this 3 Herbed Focaccia Bread Recipe (Eggless) and a party dip along with Italian Style Potato And Cucumber Salad Recipe or Kale and Leeks Frittata Recipe (Italian Style Omelette) for lunch.
