1 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 cup melted butter
2 spoons vanilla extract
1⁄2 refrigerated pie crust
3 1⁄2 cups blackberries
1 spoon sugar
1 egg white
2 spoons water
Take a bowl and stir the sugar, flour, butter and vanilla.
Now add the blackberries.
Now add the blackberry mixture into a butter greased baking dish.
Cut the piecrust into strips and arrange upon the blackberry mixture.
Mix together the egg white and water.
Brush the pie crust strips with this egg wash.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees Centigrade for 45 minutes and then cool it. Cut the crust into pieces and serve it with people.
