We know that most of you are well versed with Green tea. But what green coffee??
It is believed to have lot of positive effects on our body. Let’s get started to prepare this energy boosting drink.
PREP: 80 MINS TOTAL: 80 MINS

INGREDIENTS:
10 g green coffee beans
150 ml hot water
sugar
honey
cardamom

DIRECTIONS:

Green coffee beans are soaked overnight in a measured amount of water.

Now, the very next day stir the water with beans, put it on the stove and bring to boil. Then reduce the heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.

Remove from heat and let it cool for about 1 hour, then pour through a sieve and remove the beans.

The coffee drink you have received would be ideally very strong. So try it first and dilute with water if needed.

The healthy green coffee beverage is now ready to drink! You might want to refine it with sugar, honey or cardamom.

The rest can be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator and should be used up within 2 – 3 days.
